Return and Refund Policy

RETURN / REPLACEMENT

Return/Replacement is only allowed if the product(s) received is damaged/defective from the courier. Customers will need to submit photo proofs of the product(s) either to our email address (dnastyle.enquiries@gmail.comor via our Facebook page messenger (DNA style) within 24 hours after the parcel is delivered.

DNA Style will not be responsible and no return/replacement request due to these reasons will be entertained:

  1. Dented Boxes. Dented boxes/packaging may occur during shipments from the supplier to us or from us to the receiver which we have no control over it. Please ensure that DNA Style will QC all product(s) and wrap them with bubble wrap when sending out all orders.
  2. Scratches. Scratches found on the product(s) are not eligible for any return/replacement. As long as the product is functional to use, we will not take in such requests.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be done when customers do not agree with any replacements due to product(s) defects/damage.

We will take 5-7 working days to process the transaction.

We will not be responsible for the return shipping fee. Customers will need to self-return the product(s) to us, full address will be given privately.

However customers can choose to visit our office for returns and replacements to avoid any shipping fees.
